Des identifiants ouverts pour la science ouverte

Abstract : Nearly all the world's scientific output is now reported, or better still, made available on the web. Masses of data produced by numerous authors or contributors affiliated to hundreds of thousands of organisations are now available online. The aim of the Committee for Open Science's guidelines is to propose concerted national level action to improve the structuring of the most useful identifiers, speed up their adoption by communities and make such identifiers more open and sustainable. These ideas would make access to scientific information easier for all researchers and citizens.
