Pour une politique des données de la recherche : guide stratégique à l'usage des établissements

Abstract : The stated ambition of the National Plan for Open Science published on July 4th 2018 was to make publicly funded research data compliant with the FAIR principles. The guide identifies a core set of fundamental objectives which need to be achieved alongside seven complementary recommendations to help research and higher education institutions formalise and implement their in-house research data policy. It takes the existing differences in research data management into account both at the level of disciplines and of institutions and operators under the authority of the Higher Education, Research and Innovation Ministry (MESRI).
