Abstract : This issue of the journal Texts and Contexts seeks to mobilize a variety of research from the humanities and social sciences that explore the links and clashes between intimacies and political identities, as well as the appropriation of these two concepts by Latin American and/or North American women since the beginning of the 20th century.
